Why can not the WiFi on planes Indonesia?

Telkomsel and Lion Air has indeed signed a partnership to provide a communication system in the air. However, the two parties have not been able to ascertain when WiFi access can be implemented on Lion Air flight.

According to the Sales Director of Telkomsel Mas'ud Khamid, implementation of network the internet on the plane is not as easy to build telecommunications infrastructure on land and sea.
