Samsung Launches Galaxy Mega

Samsung officially launches two Android smartphone with a jumbo screen size, bigger than his brother, Galaxy Note II. This large-sized smart phone will be present on the market with the name Galaxy Mega.

The screen of the Galaxy Mega can be jumbo because it has a much larger size than the smartphones in General. The first series of Galaxy Mega size 5.8 inches, while the second series comes with a larger screen, which is 6.3 inches.

However, different from the Galaxy II that uses the specification Note, Samsung just arm the Galaxy Mega with mid-range specifications only. Perhaps, the decision was taken to keep the price of both devices.

Quoted from Engadget, Friday (12/4/2013), Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 comes with a screen that supports a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Series one was armed with 1 processor, dual-core 7GHz, 8 megapixel camera, and Android 2.2 operating system (Jelly Bean).

This product also supports 4 g LTE and HSPA networks, already are equipped with GPS, and battery capacity 3, 200mAh. There are two options for internal storage size of the series, IE 8 or 16 GB. However, the capacity can be increased by using a microSD card up to 64 GB.

There has been no confirmation of the price of Samsung Galaxy Mega of 6.3. Although there are in the range of the screen between the Galaxy and the Galaxy II Note Note 8.0, many predicted that this product will not be as expensive as both his brothers.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 has a specification slightly more under the Galaxy Mega 6.3. The product using the screen supports a resolution of 960 x 540 qHD pixels, 1, 4 GHz processor dual-core, and 8 megapixel rear camera.

Different from the Galaxy, Galaxy Mega's Mega 6.3 5.8 is not supported with LTE network connection. The maximum speed is only HSPA. Selection of capacity was only one, namely the 8 GB only.

Price of the series this one is still a mystery.
